Adding an "Exclude" function to "Instrument text" filter of Pair Database

Hi,

I'd like to filter out risky ETFs or ETNs using keywords, such as "Ultra," "3X," and "Oil," in the Pair Database.
If this function is not available yet, I'd like to have one.
