Inactive vs Active vs No New

Right now I am just using PTL Trader to monitor z scores. I am entering trades manually in a sim account. When I switch to No New Positions or Fully Inactive my z scores don's seem to update. 

How can i monitor Z scores without sending orders when a pair triggers?
