Title: Unable to Extend Membership

I tried Firefox, Edge, and Chrome with different credit cards to extend my membership, but the "Pay with Credit Card or Debit Card" button seems disabled. (Yes, I cleared my cache, too.)
Any suggestions?

You need to fill the personal / billing details at the left side first. It also seems the buttons might appear disabled but they react on click. Just tried the Paypal button and it works (got redirected to Paypal login page). Also the ""Pay with Credit Card or Debit Card" react on click.
