Time of Monitoring

We are looking into it now. Status 'not_reporting` means that your PTL Trader instance did not report itself within 15 minutes. It may indicate that your VPS connection is not able to reach our PTL infrastructure from time to time. Not sure, investigating now.

In any case your VPS instance time settings are OK, at this moment I can see the monitoring messages coming with correct time indicated.

Since PTL Trader has been working normally, the issue is minor but a little annoying.
Continuing false alarms would be a risk in the future because they make users insensitive for detecting real ones.

The last email titled "recovered" was sent three minutes before market opening (9:27 EST).
Since then till market close, I did not receive any messages from the Monitoring system.

tcima:
The Monitoring is working just fine in the past few days.
No questionable emails coming in, at all.
