Time of Monitoring

Hi,

I'm wondering which time zone the instance is showing in the columns of "Last Reported" and "Last Change." What is the difference? Could you explain?

I'm testing PTL Trader on a VPS which is located in a different time zone from mine, and Monitoring instance keep sending emails titled "not_reporting" and "recovered."
Like the case listed in your FAQ page, this may be caused by the settings of time on the VPS server.
I adjusted its system time to local (where the VPS is located) one.
PTL Trader is working fine.

After I unbound the account and bound another account, monitoring seems to have recovered.

I received "not_reporting" email again.  :(
I checked the VPS, and the status are the followings:

* PTL Trader process: active
* Pare Trading Lab Status: green
* IB Status: green
* Internet connection: no problem

Then I received a "recovered" email.

The status of the VPS has not been changed.

That makes me wonder...

Then a "not_reporting" email just came in, again.  :(
